How to Book:

Send your inquiry via the form below. Please include your book title and genre in your request, as well as which package you would like to book, and the deadline for your project. It's good practice to request your cover at least 3 months before you need it, though I will work to meet your needs on shorter notice, if possible. Rush requests may entail an additional cost.

Once I've received your inquiry, I'll work with you to schedule your project and send you a cover art request form to fill out, which will give me an idea of the characters, setting, and tone of your book, as well as any important details you want on the cover. It can be helpful to include artwork or images of other book covers you like on your request form. However, I cannot use any artwork you send in the final design, and I do not use AI generated images, ever.

 

I work hard to represent what you want to see on your book, but keep in mind some requests may not be feasible or advisable for the design. I will make recommendations regarding alternative design elements if necessary, and we can work together to achieve the best possible result.

Once we've agreed on a project, I'll begin work on your cover. Please allow up to one month for the final result. Once complete, I'll send you a watermarked version of the cover to approve. If necessary, you may request one round of changes to the design before final approval. Payment is due upon final approval.

I create all files in RGB color format. When ordering print cover wraps, be aware some print-on-demand sellers require files in CMYK color format. If you require your print wrap in CMYK, please specify this at the time of your inquiry. Any request for a change in color format once the project has begun may result in additional costs.
